1. Overview

GA4cast (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a tool that connects to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account to generate forecasts and insights based on your data. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it.

2. Information We Access

When you log in using your Google account, we request permission to:

• View your GA4 account and property configuration
• Access report data from GA4 to generate forecasts

We do not:

• Store your Google account information
• Store or retain any GA4 data or forecast results on our servers
• Share your data with any third parties

All data is accessed temporarily during your active session and processed securely in real time.

3. How We Use the Information

The GA4 data retrieved during your session is used only to:

• Generate the forecasts and reports you request
• Display the results to you during your session

Once you close your session or log out, all data is discarded.

4. Use of Google User Data

GA4cast uses Google user data to provide secure login and to generate analytical reports and forecasts using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data.

When you connect your Google Account, GA4cast requests access to:

• Your basic Google Account information (for authentication and account linking)
• Google Analytics data (for generating reports and forecasts within your GA4cast account)

This data is used solely to provide the functionality of the GA4cast service. It is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties.

GA4cast does not permanently store your Google user data. Data accessed from Google APIs is processed temporarily in order to generate reports or forecasts, and then discarded once the session or process completes.

You can revoke GA4cast’s access to your Google Account data at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions.

GA4cast is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase, which may use data centers in multiple global regions. All processing complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

5. Authentication

GA4cast uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 for secure sign-in. This means:

• We never see or store your Google password
• Authentication is handled directly by Google
• You can revoke GA4cast’s access at any time via your Google Account settings under Security → Third-party apps with account access.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We may use essential cookies required for secure authentication and session management.

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

7. Data Security

We use secure HTTPS connections and industry-standard encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
